Doğuş Gayrimenkul Dava Tebliği Hakkında KAP Açıklaması:
04.04.2016 tarihli ÖDA ile;
1/1000 ölçekli Maslak ve Çevresi Uygulama İmar Planının iptali ve yürütmenin durdurulması talebiyle 03.11.2015 tarihinde açılan dava ile ilgili olarak, 04.04.2016 tarihinde İstanbul 2. İdare Mahkemesinin 2015/2177 esas nolu dosyasında yürütmeyi durdurma talebimizin reddi kararının tarafımıza tebliğ edildiği bildirilmiştir.
Konu ile ilgili hukuki süreç devam etmekte olup gelişmeler kamuya duyurulacaktır.

Material Event Disclosure of 04.04.2016;
This disclosure informed that we have received a notice indicating that our request of 04.04.2016 for stay of execution in the file no. 2015/2177 held by the Istanbul 2 nd Administrative Court in connection with the lawsuit brought on 03.11.2015 for the cancellation and stay of execution of the Master Development Plan at a scale of 1/1000 for Maslak and its Surrounding.
The judicial process is still ongoing; any development will be disclosed to the public.
